Meet a few fosters who could use your help!
Kylo
Vegetarian & Vibrant!
Kylo was rescued from the streets severely underweight and with major skin issues like itchiness and open sores. After some vet appointments, including to a specialty dermatologist, we determined that he needs a special vegetarian diet to be his healthiest and happiest self! Because of his unique diet, Kylo can’t eat most of the food that gets donated to us. Your support for Kylo helps ensure that he gets the quality food that he needs to thrive in his foster home until his forever family comes for him!
Crumb
Still Learning.
Crumb is an aloof young male who is looking for a patient home. He gets along great with other cats but is still not sure about people—especially new people. His foster gives him space since he needs time to know he is safe. Cats like Crumb need special homes and are at high risk in shelters—Houston Cares does its best to keep timid and unsure cats safe in foster homes until a perfect home can be found.
