Leon has been with the rescue over a year and until recently was in a foster home with his brother, Eddie. Leon and Eddie are both sweet cats but they are very active boys. Leon went on a home trial with potential adopters earlier this year but the family returned him due to "too much kitten energy." Leon DOES have a lot of energy and will need a home that keeps him busy and wants to play with him a lot. Beyond that, Leon unfortunately developed some digestion/GI issues over the summer. All tests have so far been negative but the issues were significant enough that he lost weight. Leon was moved to a foster home where he could be fed and cared for separately while we continued diagnostic care to find out what is going on with him. Thankfully, even with his medical concerns, he is still playful and loving (and he is even easy to medicate!!).
